Ronaldo converted an incredible bicycle kick in his brace against Poland as Portugal clinched a thumping 5-1 win in the Nations League on Friday. Fernandes, who himself scored a world-class long-range goal in the 80th minute, was in awe of Ronaldo's athleticism at the age of 39 as he heaped praise on his captain.

Speaking to reporters after the game, the Manchester United star said, "All the goals were beautiful, but a bicycle kick has a special flavour. It's more difficult to do, you need a very good athletic form to get up there, but we're used to that from Cristiano."

The victory over Poland was the Al-Nassr star's 132nd win in international football as he went past his former Real Madrid team-mate Sergio Ramos' tally. Ronaldo now holds the records for scoring the most international goals (136), being the most-capped player in history and the player with the most number of wins with the national team.
